Connect Nmbrs and map companies to clients

Connect the payroll environment, check client mappings and follow synchronization.

Open the firm integration

At firm level, go to Settings → Integrations → Nmbrs. Check which environment you intend to connect. The screen offers an API-token connection and an OAuth sign-in option.

For a token connection, supply the requested Nmbrs credentials for a suitable top-level account. Enter credentials only in the connection form; do not include tokens in support messages. For OAuth, follow the Nmbrs sign-in and consent screens.

After returning, check that the connection is connected. An error means setup is not yet complete.

Map the right companies

Use Refresh companies to retrieve available Nmbrs companies. For each company, select the matching AirBill client and confirm the link. Check the debtor too; a suggested match is not a confirmed mapping.

Only linked companies sync. If a company is missing, refresh the list and check whether your Nmbrs access includes it.

Synchronization and filing route

Use Sync now and check the last-sync information and any error. Inspect the corresponding review in the client inbox.

Advanced settings identify the environment being read and whether Nmbrs files directly or AirBill files through Digipoort after client approval. Agree on that responsibility before changing it; the choice affects who submits the return. Do not switch environments merely to try to resolve a synchronization error.
