Lock AirBill on your phone

Use your device’s security to unlock the mobile app.

Enable App Lock

Open your profile and turn on App Lock. Confirm using your device’s security method, such as Face ID, Touch ID, a fingerprint or passcode.

If the option is unavailable, first set up a passcode or biometrics in your phone’s settings. App Lock is a mobile-app feature; the desktop browser does not use this setting.

When does AirBill ask you to unlock?

When enabled, AirBill locks on a cold start with an existing session. It also locks when you return after the app has spent at least 30 minutes in the background. Briefly switching to another app therefore does not always trigger another prompt.

If you cancel unlocking, try again using your phone’s security method. This setting does not create a separate AirBill password.

Change the setting

Turn the switch off again in your profile. AirBill also asks for device verification before disabling it. Manage access from computers separately under AirBill Desktop.
