Set your invoice logo, language and numbering

Open settings

Open Invoices and choose invoice settings from the available settings button or menu.

Upload or replace the logo for your invoice PDFs. The invoice logo is a separate setting from the logo on your dashboard.

Choose the default invoice language. A customer’s language preference can override it, so also check the selected language when creating an invoice.

Choose the prefix, next number and number of digits. The preview shows how these values combine.

Keep changes consistent with your existing number sequence. Check the values before saving; do not change numbering merely to rename an old invoice.

Choose Save and wait for confirmation. Open a new draft and check its preview before sending outgoing invoices.

The same screen contains payment reminders. Enabling them can immediately send reminders for existing overdue invoices.
