Get help signing in

Check your sign-in method and request another SMS code if needed.

Use your existing sign-in method

The sign-in screen offers Google, Apple and phone options. Choose the method and account you previously used for AirBill. For Google or Apple, check which account is selected in the sign-in window.

Receive an SMS code

Choose the phone option and check the number and country code. Enter the complete code from the message. If no message arrives, wait for the countdown to finish and use the resend option.

If the number is wrong, return to the phone screen and correct it. If verification keeps failing, read the error before trying again.

Signed in, but not yet in your bookkeeping

After sign-in, AirBill may still ask for your AI-processing choice or for you to finish onboarding. That is a next step, rather than a failed sign-in attempt.

For computer access, use the separate desktop-pairing guide.

You can no longer access your original sign-in method

Contact support. Mention the sign-in method you used and describe the error. Do not send a password or verification code. Avoid creating another account merely to recover an existing administration.
