Ask Bill a question
Find answers about purchases, customers and invoices in your own records.
Ask Bill about purchases, customers, invoices or cash flow. It searches your AirBill records to answer your question.
Open the chat
Tap the floating AirBill button to open the chat and ask questions about your business.
What can you ask?
For example, try:
- “Which year did I buy my MacBook Pro?”
- “Which client has generated the highest revenue so far this year?”
Bill uses your own records to answer. The questions above are examples; the answers depend on your data.
Questions for your accountant
Bill answers questions about your data. For personal accounting advice, invite your accountant to AirBill.
Ask about a specific entry
Open Bill from an income or expense detail to include that entry as context. Check the entry shown in the chat and explain what you want to know or correct. Be specific about dates, amounts and the business purpose.
Review the answer against the original record. If a change is proposed or made, check its result in the entry details; asking a question alone does not establish that a correction succeeded.
