Give teammates access to your business

Open the correct team

Check the active business and open Profile → Team. Only an owner or admin can manage the team. If Team is not visible, ask the owner or admin to create the invitation.

Invite someone

Enter the email address and choose a role. Admins can manage the business and invite others; members can work in the business but cannot manage its team.

Choose Send invite or create a shareable link. Share an invitation link only with the intended person: accepting it grants access to this business.

If AirBill says the invitation was created but the email was not sent, share the link from the list instead of assuming the email arrived.

Check or revoke access

Review members and pending invitations in Team. You can revoke a pending invitation so its link can no longer be used to join.

Removing an existing member ends their access to this business. This differs from revoking a pending invitation.

To connect your accountant, use the accountant feature rather than an ordinary team invitation.
