Share an invoice PDF or link

Open the PDF

Open an issued invoice and choose Download PDF from its actions. On desktop, the action is Open PDF. Check the invoice number and customer before forwarding the file.

For a draft, use the PDF preview to check its contents. A preview is not the same as an issued invoice.

Share the PDF

Use the share action to send the invoice through an available app. In a desktop browser, sharing may download the PDF instead of opening a mobile share sheet.

Check the recipient in the app you use to send it. Opening the share sheet alone does not prove the file was sent.

Copy the invoice link

When an active link is available, choose Copy link. It opens the public invoice page. Share it only with the intended recipient: the link grants access to invoice details.

The payment options on that page depend on the invoice and configured integrations. Sharing a link does not itself collect a payment.
