Manage notifications

Enable notifications on your phone

Open Profile → Notifications in the mobile app and enable Allow notifications.

If permission has not been granted yet, use the screen’s prompt to request phone permission. If you previously denied it, choose Open settings to allow AirBill notifications in your phone’s settings.

Choose categories

You can enable or disable groups such as Invoices, Documents, Connections and Accountant. Expand a group to choose individual notification types.

Check both the master switch and the category if a notification is missing. Your phone’s settings can also block push notifications.

Show names and amounts

Notifications hide sensitive details by default. Show details in notifications can expose information such as names and amounts, including on your lock screen. Read the confirmation before enabling it.
