Refresh or reconnect your bank

What to check when transactions are missing or bank access has expired.

Check the account and status

Open Profile → Connections. Check that you are looking at the correct bank and account and that account syncing is enabled.

For an expired connection or expired verification, choose Reconnect. Complete the bank steps and return to AirBill. Your bank may ask you to confirm access again.

Request new transactions

Open the options for the relevant bank and choose the refresh action. Complete any bank confirmation. Refreshing happens per bank connection.

If AirBill says another refresh is not available yet, the bank controls when the next refresh is allowed. Wait until the displayed time; repeated attempts do not remove that limit.

If the connection is disabled

A disabled connection cannot always be reconnected. Follow the message in the app. Read any removal confirmation carefully: disconnecting a bank can also remove its accounts and transactions.

Do not disconnect as the first response to one missing transaction. Check the selected account, date and connection status first. If the problem persists, contact Support with the bank name and error message.
