Find an earlier payment file

Open export history

Choose View export history after creating a file, or open history from payment selection. Search by reference or payee and filter by type or period.

Expand file details to inspect the execution date, paying account, filename and number of payments. An export’s existence does not prove that your bank executed its payments.

Download again

Use the file’s download action. AirBill asks you to confirm another download because you may already have uploaded it at your bank.

Check your bank first if you are unsure whether the earlier instruction was processed. Uploading the same file again can cause duplicate payments. Downloading does not cancel or replace an earlier bank instruction.

Tidy the list

Archive files to remove them from the active list. Use the archived filter to find them again. Archiving does not cancel a payment instruction at your bank or change the underlying entries’ payment status.
