Connect your bank and choose accounts

Connect a bank and choose which accounts sync to AirBill.

Open bank connections

Open Profile → Connections in the mobile app. Choose Connect under banking, or Add bank account if you already have a connection.

Follow the bank connection steps and confirm the requested access with your bank. Return to AirBill afterwards. Connection management takes place in the mobile app; if the desktop version directs you there, finish this step on your phone.

Choose the right accounts

Each bank lists its accounts. Check the IBAN and enable Sync to AirBill for accounts belonging to this business.

If an account is missing from the list, expand the inactive accounts. Accounts with syncing turned off are grouped there.

Check your data

Open the bank overview and select the account. Check that the expected transactions appear. AirBill can only retrieve history made available by the bank and within your bookkeeping start date.

A connected bank with account syncing turned off is different from an expired bank connection. An expired connection needs you to renew access.
