Connect Gmail for invoices and receipts
Connect your Gmail account and check the import status.
Connect Gmail
Open Profile → Connections and choose Connect for Gmail. Select the correct Google account and complete the consent screen.
The connection needs the requested Gmail read access. If AirBill reports that access was not granted, start connecting again and check the requested permission before continuing.
Check what arrived
The Gmail connection shows the connected address and information about syncing and imported documents. Open Documents to inspect a received invoice or receipt.
Connecting a mailbox does not mean every email is imported as a document. The connection is intended for invoices and receipts.
Renew expired access
Choose Reconnect when Gmail access has expired and complete the Google steps again. Check the connected account and status after returning.
Disconnect Gmail
Disconnecting stops AirBill from reading new emails. Previously imported invoices remain in your account.
If you prefer to choose which emails reach AirBill, use your AirBill forwarding address.
